Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service for lease or loan accounts.
- Resolve inquiries independently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Proactively identify trends and share feedback with management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a fully remote customer service role.
- Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
