Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using power/parallel dialing systems.
- Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status using Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter with outbound sales.
- Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, and omnichannel lead-generation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent.
