Business Development Representative

About the Role:

• You will make outbound cold calls to government prospects and introduce Ordinal's product.
• Your goal is to qualify prospects and book product demos for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls at a rate of 30-40 calls per hour.
• Briefly introduce the company and product to gauge interest.
• Log call activity and outcomes in JustCall and HubSpot.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a BDR/SDR role.
• Strong, clear English phone communication skills and ability to handle rejection.
• Must work Central Time business hours and have reliable internet.
