Compensation:
- $2,000 USD/month OTE, guaranteed for the first 2 months.
- After 60 days, $1,000 base plus commission on qualified booked calls and closed deals.
Location and Schedule:
- Fully remote, based in South Africa.
- Schedule is 3PM - 11PM South African time, full-time with weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 outbound calls per day using a power dialer.
- Log every call outcome in Close CRM using disposition tiers.
- Book qualified discovery calls for the founder and meet regularly to review data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling experience with US or UK clients.
- Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Fast, reliable internet with backup and a quiet dedicated space.
