Outbound Appointment Setter – Staffing Services

• This role is for a growing staffing company that needs an Outbound Appointment Setter to generate new business opportunities.

Scope of Services:

• Make outbound calls to construction companies, warehouses, and manufacturers to introduce staffing solutions.
• Qualify potential staffing opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain consistent outbound call activity and update Salesforce CRM after every interaction.

Skills Required:

• Previous outbound calling experience is required, with appointment setting and B2B sales experience preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience and excellent written and verbal English communication are essential.
• You must be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
