Responsibilities:
- Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support (e.g., Executive Assistants, Admin Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting Support, Operations Support, and other business support roles).
- Research target accounts, run focused outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and hold early discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
- Book qualified appointments for Account Executives and hand off opportunities with context including pain points, timing, budget signals, and decision-makers.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, or outbound role with strong written/verbal communication and research skills.
- Proven background in high-volume outbound outreach, comfort reaching out to companies new to remote/offshore talent, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to run your own desk while collaborating across teams, with genuine eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base salary $1,000 - $1,800 per month plus performance-based bonuses for qualified meetings and closed customers, plus weekly competitions to keep the team motivated.
- Additional upside from appointment and deal bonuses designed for SDRs driven by targets and direct effort reward.
- AI tools may be used in the hiring process but final decisions are made by humans.
