GTM Associate

Responsibilities:

• You will identify target companies with active hiring needs and conduct outbound outreach across multiple channels.
• You will book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
• You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to refine messaging based on market feedback.

Requirements:

• You have 1-4+ years in sales, lead generation, or outbound roles with proven prospecting and cold calling skills.
• You possess strong communication, research skills, and resilience to meet activity targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation:

• You earn a base salary of $1,200 - $2,500 per month plus performance bonuses and weekly competition incentives.
• Additional bonuses for qualified meetings and closed deals.
