About the Role:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and proactive outreach across multiple channels.
  • Engage with prospects to educate them on G-P's Employer of Record services and their global hiring benefits.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling demos and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead generation strategies and target ideal clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and revenue generated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience with strong communication and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to handle objections professionally.
