About the Role:
- Telephonic Pharmacy Care Coordinator for a 6-month contract with possibility of conversion.
- Engage patients with chronic kidney disease to explain pharmacy services and enroll them.
- Work fully remotely within central time zone hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce the pharmacy program and obtain consent.
- Update EHR with pharmacy preferences and document all outreach activities.
- Meet call center productivity and enrollment targets while upholding HIPAA.
Qualifications:
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) and call center experience.
- Proficiency with EHR and MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and ability to work in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range of $19-$23.
