Primary Duties:
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies using established scripts.
- Identify and remove barriers to medication adherence and escalate clinical issues to a pharmacist.
- Accurately document all interactions and coordinate with providers or pharmacies for refills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and at least 1 year of call center experience in patient outreach.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with EHR platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
