The Role:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing top talent for autonomy, robotics, and hardware roles in a competitive market.
  • Partner closely with AeroVect's founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand and execute hiring objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing techniques like networking and events.
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on creative sourcing and attracting technical talent.
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting for robotics, autonomy, and hardware roles is required.
  • Experience with ATS systems like Ashby or Greenhouse and with fast-scaling startups is essential.
