Medical Director (Pediatric Palliative Care)

As Medical Director of the PATH (Pain Management, Advocacy, Trust, and Hope) program, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight of our pediatric palliative care team while advancing our mission to reimagine pediatric healthcare for children with complex medical conditions. In this role you will: Provide clinical leadership through mentorship, supervision, and the development of high-impact protocols that elevate patient care. Champion quality improvement and regulatory excellence while remaining grounded in direct clinical engagement as needed. Shape and drive the strategic growth of the PATH program, identifying innovative opportunities for expansion and long-term sustainability. Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility, drive referrals, and optimize resource stewardship. Lead the design of dynamic learning experiences for staff and community partners, rooted in evidence-based practices. Foster a culture of continuous growth through research engagement, professional collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
