Job Description

Write, modify, and schedule batch jobs. Perform joblog analysis and troubleshooting. Coordinate updates with relevant departments. Prepare, install, and test new updates. Manage datasets. Participate in operational testing. Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support for related applications. Handle ticket administration and documentation based on ITIL. Solve complex problems through root cause analysis. Enforce processes and manage incidents, problems, changes, and requests. Actively participate in daily/weekly client meetings and on-call duties.
