About the Role:

  • This role focuses on designing and implementing AI-powered developer tools that automate and enhance the software development lifecycle.
  • You will work directly with senior technical leadership to build agent-based systems and intelligent workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop AI-powered developer tools using Claude-based technologies and modern agentic frameworks.
  • Build intelligent agents and automated workflows to improve SDLC efficiency.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate proof-of-concept solutions for AI-driven automation.

About You:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Claude tooling (Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude CLI) and agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Solid backend engineering background using .NET and SQL-based systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly move from concept to working prototype.
