Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Personalization and Optimization:

• Own the technical vision of scaling personalization and optimization systems.
• Solve complex issues that may come up, such as exploration/exploitation and cold start problems.
• Research and implement state of the art ML techniques.

Strategy and Architecture:

• Define company-wide personalization architecture.
• Define standards and patterns used across all ML teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple quarters.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Mentor senior engineers and review critical technical decisions.
• Represent the company in the external ML community.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus.
