Role Overview:

  • Lead a high-intensity, 2-week reskilling program to transition Customer Success professionals into Agentic AI Engineering roles.
  • Serve as the primary technical guide, focusing on practical application and system architecture for autonomous AI orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live instruction and facilitate labs on multi-agent systems, API integration, and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Provide code mentorship and debugging support in Python during hands-on exercises and capstone projects.
  • Translate complex concepts like LLM memory management into digestible steps for non-engineering learners.

Requirements & Logistics:

  • Must have 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years of production experience in agentic AI systems.
  • Requires deep proficiency in Azure AI tools, expert Python skills, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Engagement requires 30 hours per week during West Coast business hours, starting mid-June, and is fully remote within approved countries.
