Lead Engineer - Contacts Delhi Dev

In this role, you will drive technical outcomes as a hands-on Individual Contributor. You will lead high-impact initiatives across the Contacts domain, with a strong focus on frontend architecture and performance, while also working across the stack when needed. You’ll work on complex UIs that require deep state management, real-time updates, and data modeling—all while ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Responsibilities include architecting and owning frontend systems, setting patterns for frontend performance, leading frontend design discussions, defining UI state management patterns, and participating in backend feature delivery when needed. You will also drive UI infrastructure initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and push for technical excellence through code reviews and automated testing. The tech stack includes Vue 2 + Vue 3 (Composition API), Pinia, TypeScript, Vite for the frontend, and Node.js, Nest JS, REST APIs, Redis, Firestore, Mongo, and Elastic search for the backend.
