Job Description
The Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and current-state architectures. You'll design and present tailored, provider-agnostic solutions across domains like SD-WAN, UCaaS, and cloud infrastructure, presenting architectures to C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Collaboration with Sales and CX teams is key to identify new business opportunities and upsell potential and translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business narratives. The role involves creating supporting documentation, ensuring seamless handoff with implementation teams, staying current on industry trends, and contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes.
