Art Director

As an Art Director, daily responsibilities include working with a copywriter to generate and execute creative concepts from design through finished product. You'll develop smart, single-minded ideas that are on strategy, focusing on the idea first, then the execution. The ideal candidate will maintain proper layout and conceptual execution throughout all phases of a campaign. You'll understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience and must be able to develop a range of creative executions for each project and be able to effectively collaborate with a copy partner to ensure that words and image work together to support the concept. Perform basic layout in sketch and/or digital formats for assigned projects that is complementary to the tone and style of copy.
