Database Reliability Engineer

Join Filevine as a Database Reliability Engineer and play a key role in scaling, optimizing, and ensuring the performance of our high-volume SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments. You'll lead with technical excellence, collaborate across teams, and mentor others—all while working on complex, meaningful challenges that power a critical legal tech platform. Responsibilities include performance tuning of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, optimizing at the server, database, and query levels. You will also scale and monitor Databases and assist teams in designing and building databases and schemas. This role requires being part of an on-call rotation, communicating with technical and management audiences and improving the scalability and performance of high-volume, information rich web applications.
