Strategic Planner (Technical PM)

Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives supporting enterprise software and business transformation. This role will drive data-informed planning, performance tracking, and decision support across complex IT modernization and sustainment activities. The successful candidate will bring 11 years of experience in strategic planning, technical program management, and performance metrics within defense or large-scale enterprise environments. Develop, refine, and maintain strategic roadmaps and operational plans that align with evolving enterprise goals, mission needs, and system capabilities. Partner with technical leads, Agile teams, and business stakeholders to ensure synchronization of strategy across project planning and execution layers. Define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess initiative performance, measure progress, and identify areas for improvement.
