This full-time Civil-Tech 2 position involves performing general construction activities on sites, with safety and quality being top priorities. The role requires ensuring job safety and efficiency on Civil & DC construction projects. Consistent and thorough project detail communication between team members (verbal & written) is vital, requiring excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a high attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications is also necessary. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the organization of project details, maintaining positive crew morale, and driving a truck and trailer to the job site as needed. Preventative maintenance of equipment and inventory control tasks are also part of the role. The position may require overtime and over 75% travel. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
