Senior Manager, EMEA - Technology (GRC & Security Awareness)

Veeam is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on security awareness, instructional design, and communications. In this role, you will play a key part in building a strong security culture by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that improve security awareness and positively influence human behavior. Key responsibilities include developing and leading security awareness and training programs aligned with GRC objectives. You will design instructional materials and curricula to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. You should stay up-to-date with industry trends, leading to GRC excellence across EMEA.
