Clinical Data Quality Manager

Join PicnicHealth as a Clinical Data Quality Manager/Senior Manager on our Data Management Team and leverage your clinical expertise to advance observational research. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical expert, providing critical insights into study design, data collection, and data quality across our growing portfolio of observational research studies. Your ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information will directly contribute to the success of our research studies, ultimately enabling us to deliver meaningful insights to our life sciences customers and advance healthcare outcomes. You will provide clinical input on the development of study protocols, data models, and case report forms, ensuring feasibility and alignment with research objectives. You will lead the development of record retrieval and abstraction completion guidelines and training materials to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection from medical records and develop quality control rules and data review plans to ensure clinical accuracy. You will collaborate with internal study teams to review and interpret study data and contribute to data management and quality initiatives across the organization, helping to establish efficient processes and procedures. Experience designing or working with case report forms (CRFs) and CRF completion guidelines to support clinical research is needed.
