Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer on our Core Engineering team, you'll be joining the brains behind our insurance marketplace. This team powers the logic that takes an insurance shopper's data and turns it into personalized, high-converting recommendations. In this role, you'll do more than just code, you'll shape our roadmap, initiate new projects, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to execute on strategic initiatives. You'll bring a product mindset to technical problem-solving, drive architectural decisions, and guide the team through complex engineering challenges. You will own the ideation and execution of high-impact projects that directly influence the user experience and business outcomes. You will also guide integration efforts with external agencies and insurance carriers. The position requires ensuring scalability and performance across the platform as it continues to grow.
