Responsibilities:
- Optimize user growth and marketing strategies based on the global ecosystem.
- Lead full-funnel user journey analysis: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

Requirements:
- 8+ years in user growth, performance, or digital marketing.
- Strong data mindset with familiarity in growth tools and KPIs.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
