Job Overview:
- Support proactive monitoring of clients’ environments.
- Detect, analyze, track, and mitigate external threats.
- Utilize a multi-tenant security information and event management system (SIEM).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyze security alerts and potential security incidents.
- Process security investigation cases in a timely manner.
- Serve as an incident coordinator for security events.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Basic understanding of query languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
