Your Impact:
- You will lead and mature the Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) practice.
- You will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and service scalability.
- You will align security operations with strategic business objectives.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead the 24x7x365 Security Operations Center and ensure consistent delivery.
- Continuously improve operational maturity and drive automation and AI adoption.
- Serve as the executive operational leader for client-facing security operations.
What Success Looks Like:
- After 90 days, complete onboarding and produce a written audit with prioritized opportunities.
- After 6 months, own and ship one cross-functional initiative end-to-end.
- After 1 year, deliver a 20%+ improvement in a primary Security KPI and codify a repeatable playbook.
