About the Role:
- Build-phase leadership role for Secure + MDR offering.
- Own security operations, compliance programs, and client credibility.
- Requires MSSP-side experience running a security practice as a service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the security service line, including SLAs, escalation paths, and 24/7 MDR delivery.
- Manage SOC/SecOps functions, security tool stack, and incident response process.
- Build administrative security programs for SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001 compliance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience at an MSSP in a leadership or senior technical capacity.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate risk to technical and business stakeholders.
