The Director of Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to support CALSTART’s programs and member-driven projects. This role will focus on raising awareness of CALSTART’s initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with expertise in digital and content marketing, social media strategy and managing high-impact campaigns.
Strategic Marketing for Initiatives involves developing strategies and executing marketing campaigns to promote CALSTART’s programs and policy initiatives. Social Media & Digital Strategy involves leading CALSTART’s social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Campaign Development & Execution involves Managing multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness of CALSTART’s programs and projects. Collaboration Across Teams involves partnering with program managers and leadership to align strategies. Data-Driven Optimization and Budgeting & Resource Management are also key.
