This is a fully remote Retirement Plan Specialist role at Transamerica, where you will work with ongoing warm leads, build relationships, and assist clients with their financial challenges. The role provides education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions such as Account Rollover & Retirement, Annuity, Term Life, and Permanent Life. You will learn all products in the assigned specialty area, explain product options for routine inquiries, and make product recommendations. Identifying multi-product needs and connecting customers to other specialists is essential, as is working with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests.
The requirements include a Bachelorβs degree in a business field or equivalent experience, FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or Series 7 and 66, and a life license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), plus at least one year of experience in the financial services industry. Strong customer service, interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are needed, along with proficiency in MS Office.
The total compensation is estimated between $65,000 - $95,000 per year, including a base salary ranging between $48,500 - $53,000 annually, and eligibility for sales and/or performance incentives.
