Job Description
Play a critical part in scaling and optimizing our member lifecycle program – ensuring our members receive timely, personalized communications that guide them in getting the most out of their Carrot benefit. Manage day-to-day operations across lifecycle marketing, including tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows; developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars; coordinating stakeholder communication; and owning operational email requests from intake through launch.
You’ll be a key partner in QA across email, SMS, and push channels by working closely with Marketing Operations and other teams to help ensure an accurate, error-free experience, and contribute to ongoing analysis by pulling and organizing performance data from our reporting tools.
