Lead Python Engineer, Integration team

Responsibilities:

• Design and build integrations, owning delivery from requirements through deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Guide team technical direction via code reviews, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Work with product, engineering, and external partners to prioritize and deliver results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years software development with Python and strong backend skills.
• Hands-on production experience with payments or financial systems.
• Experience launching and supporting integrations, resolving production issues, and recovering transactions.
