Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and make risk-aware decisions.
Create and monitor metrics, escalate when needed, and support on-call efforts.

What We Look For:

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency in Python or Kotlin and experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to growth and feedback.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range: £101,000 - £149,000 per year.
