Instructional Designer (Contractor Position)

Everway is seeking a Contract Instructional Designer to craft and develop the framework for quality educational experiences and materials for students with significant cognitive disabilities. This position integrates research-based practices, optimizes learning and enhances outcomes using integral instructional design principles, theories, and methods. The Contract Instructional Designer collaborates with colleagues to create effective and impactful solutions to customer needs while supporting student learning.

Responsibilities include creating learning experiences for K-5 content, utilizing instructional design guidelines, planning the organization and structure of instructional materials, designing quality educational experiences considering accessibility, engagement, and continuity, designing assessments, collaborating with instructional designers, supporting content authoring, and evaluating content. The content must meet quality standards, academic standards, and company goals. Develop resources that incorporate evidence-based practices and promote student engagement.
