Business Analyst

The Business Analyst evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes, and creates strategies to help the business become more efficient. Responsibilities include conducting requirements analysis and validation, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. The Business Analyst liaises between product teams and business areas to validate and obtain sign off on archived data to proceed with decommission of databases. They also track requirements status throughout project / product lifecycle; manages changes to requirements via board/backlog management and maintenance. The Business Analyst creates and communicates artifacts translating business needs into executable requirements and assists with technical reviews on Lotus Notes database targeted for retirement. They must perform other duties as assigned.
