Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
Support production Salesforce Service Cloud applications and operational workflows.
Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and external systems or data platforms.

Production Support:

Monitor production platform health, alerts, operational KPIs, and active incidents.
Triage and investigate production issues involving Salesforce workflows, routing, integrations, and automation.
Take ownership of operational incidents through investigation, resolution, follow-up, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and production support.
Enterprise experience and familiarity with Snowflake integrations preferred.
