Responsibilities:
- Set the direction, strategy, and vision for the entire DE&TH function.
- Manage a team of Managers, focusing on developing their leadership capabilities.
- Propose and own plans for budgeting, execution, and hiring.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience managing managers.
- Understand the 'Macro' of the threat landscape and can translate that into a 'Micro' plan for your teams.
- Understand how a SOC fits into the business model and can articulate the ROI of detection engineering.
