About the Role:
- We are hiring a Services Data Lead for a six-month engagement to upgrade our services data schema and curation pipeline.
- You will work across product, engineering, and service partners to measurably improve the platform’s offerings.
What You'll Do:
- Steward and evolve the services data schema & taxonomy, making informed tradeoffs.
- Own and iterate the curation pipeline, directing a small bench of data specialists.
- Advise on internal tooling and document the playbook for future handoff.
What You'll Bring:
- A working understanding of healthcare services data, ideally mental health specific.
- Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment, fluent in Postgres/SQL.
- Experience running data operations with human-in-the-loop components and quality KPIs.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $75 and $100, depending on experience.
- Fully remote within the US, approximately 32 hours per week.
