Staff Software Engineer, Pay By Wallet

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of projects in Golang language with deployment on AWS. Execution of Terraform to create/remove new resources on AWS and Monitoring applications through logs/metrics are also key responsibilities. They will proactively contribute to the betterment of other engineers in the company, through sponsoring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback. Consistently leads the squad to good outcomes from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate engineering decisions are made to factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability, and business need. Participation in technical analysis with product team requirements will be expected.
