Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for an assigned platform health team.
- Partner with Product Owners and Technical Program Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog, tracking sprint velocity and team health metrics.
- Identify and remove impediments, escalating cross-team dependencies and blockers to support smooth delivery.
Qualifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher) certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
- 10+ years total relevant experience with at least 4+ years specifically as a Scrum Master leading software or platform teams.
Environment and Requirements:
- This role supports the Department of Veterans Affairs ServiceNow environment and requires coordination across distributed contractor teams.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Position is performed remotely within the United States and supports Eastern Time working hours.
