Job Description

This role supports the Company Director by assisting with drafting, documentation and project coordination for infrastructure and water-related projects. Key responsibilities include Drafting Support by producing and editing technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software, creating diagrams, layouts and site plans for project documentation, Documentation Assistance by assisting in compiling and formatting technical reports and documents, ensuring clear record-keeping and version control of all project files, Technical Input by performing basic engineering calculations and quantity estimates, reviewing and adhering to relevant municipal standards and client specifications, Project Coordination by helping track project timelines, milestones and deliverables, and supporting communication with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders as needed.
