Role Overview:

- You'll speak with office managers, care coordinators, and clinicians to help them understand how Nabi can support their patients.
- This role provides direct exposure to how healthcare practices operate and how referral networks are built.
What You'll Do:
- Reach out to medical practices via phone and email, handling a steady volume of outreach each day.
- Introduce Nabi, explain the referral process, and make it easy for practices to send patients our way.
- Follow up consistently, document touchpoints in the CRM, and navigate common questions about insurance and scheduling.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business side of medicine with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, professional phone conversations, and reliable, organized follow-ups.
- Attention to detail when tracking outreach and managing a pipeline of practices using scripts and clear processes.
