QA Automation Engineer

Role Description:

• You will design, build, and maintain automated API and end-to-end tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
• You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and own performance and load testing.
• You will collaborate with developers on shift-left quality practices and hold release gate authority.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated tests, apply risk-based testing, and resolve test failures.
• Perform database validation using SQL and maintain test cases in Xray.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the automation framework.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of QA experience with test automation ownership.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
