Renewable Energy Developer - ERCOT

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ownership of project development budgets, schedules, and economics. This position will work closely with subject matter experts across all aspects of project development. The East Development team works primarily in the ERCOT and SPP market, on a variety of technologies, including PV, BESS, Wind, and Load. The scope of the team covers full cycle development from early stage strategy through to start of construction, with a primary focus on project management to maintain schedule, budget, and economic value of the project. Team coordinates closely with all major SME departments on a daily basis. Lead development team engagement on project pricing, investment and offtake relationships, coordinating with Origination & Trading and Business Development teams. Interface with the Land Acquisition team and lead the greenfield land campaign strategy for SPP. Manage and own the project development work streams for wind, solar, and load projects in the SPP market through the leadership of an interdisciplinary team of subject matter experts and support all project level reporting and key decision making presentations for the executive team.
