Release Coordinator

The Release Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the end-to-end process of software release management, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. This position ensures that all release activities are communicated effectively, executed on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing release coordination, leading cross-departmental release management efforts, planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting release execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enforcing adherence to standards, tracking release activities, designing and documenting workflows, identifying process gaps, maintaining confidentiality, and conducting regular assessments of process effectiveness.
