Head of Security

Role Overview:

• Strategic leadership role defining and driving security for a global financial technology platform.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to embed security into software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own security strategy, incident response, application security, and cloud infrastructure security.
• Lead threat detection, compliance programs, and third-party risk management.
• Oversee cryptographic key management, AI security, and vulnerability management.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in information security, with 3+ years leading security teams.
• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes security expertise, plus application security in microservices.
• Experience with SOC 2, incident response, and AI-assisted development tools.
