Join InsureZen as a part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) and be a vital part of our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to clients, gather quote intake information using provided scripts, and send out welcome emails and texts to new clients. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) and have previous experience in customer service is preferred.
