The Performance Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for building the reporting infrastructure, measurement frameworks, and data insights that power our acquisition and retention strategies. This role is highly analytical, with a strong emphasis on tracking and interpreting key performance metrics, driving incrementality testing, and informing cross-channel investment decisions through rigorous analysis. The ideal candidate has deep experience in DTC eCommerce analytics, a fluency in both acquisition and lifecycle metrics, and a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies that scale revenue efficiently. Key responsibilities include building marketing-focused dashboards, leading marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing, defining and executing a testing roadmap, analyzing budget allocation, and measuring the impact of email, SMS, push, and subscriptions. Furthermore, ensuring precision in UTM structure, attribution tagging, and tracking setup across all platforms is essential.
