The Director of Digital Commerce Experience will lead the functionality and optimization of the eCommerce site to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role owns site merchandising, promotional strategy, and conversion optimization, partnering with the UI designer to ensure a seamless and visually compelling customer journey. This position will also oversee the Ecommerce Specialist and App Developer and manage the relationship with the external development agency.

You will track key performance metrics, drive incrementality testing, and inform cross-channel investment decisions through rigorous analysis. Your role will involve DTC eCommerce analytics and the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
The Quality Documentation Specialist will oversee specifications, regulatory compliance, and change management for Clean Simple Eats products, functioning as the company specification lead. They will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure data accuracy, implement data management changes, and review data related to product claims validation. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with North American finished product labeling regulations.
This person will own and manage all product data across systems and ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all internal stakeholders. This person will also optimize related processes and assist in project management activities for new product launches. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This leader will oversee and scale our end-to-end planning processes and build a high-performing team that ensures we are always in-stock, lean on inventory, and aligned to business goals. The Senior Director of Planning owns the integrated demand and supply planning process, from S&OP inputs to SKU-level forecasts, and drives visibility and strategy around inventory levels.
